接觸性皮膚炎之中醫診療病例報告

摘要

接觸性皮膚炎為皮膚接觸了某種致敏物質或刺激物質後，所產生的一種皮膚炎性反應。臨床上依病因可區分為「刺激性接觸性皮膚炎」及「過敏性接觸性皮膚炎」兩種。接觸性皮膚炎可以有多樣化的表現，可以癢也可以痛，以癢的表現較多，大多有發紅的現象，因嚴重程度或是急慢性表現，而呈現多發水泡、組織液流出、皮膚乾燥、厚皮、脫屑等等各式各樣的臨床表現。台灣氣候潮濕，易為細菌生長溫床，民眾常受皮膚病困擾。中醫早已重視皮膚病的防治，歷代醫家治療皮膚病過程中，累積了不少經驗，無論內服或外用藥，都有突破性貢獻。今就一例透過中醫辨證論治方法，完全使用中醫藥的治療，對困擾其許久之接觸性皮膚炎，達到滿意程度。茲分享紀錄於後。

Contact dermatitis is the skin inflammatory response after the skin contact with a sensitizing substance or stimulant substance. Clinically according to the cause, it can be divided into ＂irritant contact dermatitis＂ and ＂allergic contact dermatitis＂. Contact dermatitis can have a variety of phenomena, such as itching or painful, but the latter more often. Mostly the phenomena are rednesses of the skin. Due to the severity or acute and chronic performances, it can show multiple blisters, tissue fluid outflow, dry skin, thick skin, scaling, many clinical manifestations and so on.. The humid climate in Taiwan can become easily a breeding ground for bacteria. People often suffer from skin problems. Chinese medicine has already put stress on the prevention and treatment of skin diseases. During the processes of the ancient medical treatment of skin disease, they have accumulated a lot of experiences, whether in oral or topical treatment, with a breakthrough contribution. Today we talk about one case that totally under the Chinese medical treatment on the contact dermatitis which bothers the patient for a long time and through the method of Chinese medical analysis, the patient felt satisfied.
