試管嬰兒療程合併中醫調節月經治療月經過少之不孕症病例報告

Infertility Treated with In-Vitro Fertilization Treatment and Traditional Chinese Medicine by Adjusting Menstruation: A Case Report of Hypomenorrhea

摘要

本篇病例描述一位41歲女性，結婚一年未孕。40歲結婚欲孕，作試管嬰兒兩次皆無法著床，進而尋求中醫治療。病患並無相關婦科器質性疾病，僅有月經過少及AMH偏低。中醫針對其月經過少之症狀，給予滋補肝腎、疏肝健脾之處方後，月經量增加至正常，之後做例行排定之試管嬰兒療程，一併持續服用中藥，現已成功著床，且發育21週之案例。

In this case report, this 41 year-old woman has suffered from infertility for 1 year from marriage. She has married at 40 year-old and wanted to get pregnant with In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF), but failed in implantation two times. Therefore, she had searched for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). This patient had been examined no related gynecology organic diseases, except hypomenorrhea and low level of AMH. In the perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine nourishing both liver and kidney, harmonizing liver and spleen improved the symptoms of hypomenorrhea. After few weeks of Traditional Chinese Medicine, she had IVF treatment and embryo implantation by success, and took Traditional Chinese Medicine for all her pregnancy period. Now, she is over 21 weeks pregnant.
