張鍚純治痰飲法實踐之病例報告

摘要

本醫案患者為82歲男性，主訴自七八年前開始常覺開始咽中痰多，痰多而硬，色白可出，並有頭暈、走路時腳虛浮之情形約十年，平時雖不嚴重，但遇恐慌症發作時頭暈嚴重，並有明顯心悸心跳急促之情形。吾根據張錫純治療痰飲症之論述，從腎之不足與冲氣之逆論治，取得明顯療效。

This case is an eighty-second year old male with history of panic disorder, hypertension and diabetes. This time, he came to our hospital with chief complains including thick white sputum for seven to eight years and dizziness with floating sensation during walking for ten years. Usually, these symptoms are mild to moderate, but during panic strikes, his dizziness would significantly aggravate accompanied by palpitation. Follow the teaching of Zhang Xi-chun(張錫純), I secure his kidney-qi and suppress his Chong-qi, and achieve satisfying result.
