從一例「痰火內發」型中風患者的診治經驗談起

摘要

本例患者由內科病房收住後，先由西醫神經內科及復健科，給予點滴、注射並復健治療，前後近半個月，仍左半身不遂，未見明顯改善，家屬乃於3月3日，請求中醫科會診；當時中醫科由住院醫師賴醫師及筆者本人配合針灸治療，患者雖經配合復健及針灸治療，然而左手足恢復情況，迄不能令患者及其家屬滿意。
嗣後乃由本人另行開立水藥處方配合服用，服水藥前後不到一個月，患者已能下床行走，並於當年4月3日出院。
可見對於實證的中風病患，適時採取清熱降火、瀉其痰濁的方法，對於提高療效、縮短療程，有其不可忽視的價值。
