氣喘合併過敏性鼻炎之中醫治療病例

Asthma combined with Allergic Rhinitis in Chinese Medicine: A Case Report

摘要

病人為67歲男性，有過敏性鼻炎、慢性鼻竇炎與鼻瘜肉病史，103年因喘甚就診西醫，診斷為氣喘合併慢性阻塞性肺病。近日睡覺呼吸會發出哮喘聲，容易喘且呼吸不暢，合併有咳嗽，痰色偏白時有夾黃。晨起時常鼻流清涕與鼻涕倒流，晚上偶發鼻塞。107年08月09日至本院中醫門診求治，經中醫辨證為寒哮證：風寒伏肺，脾虛水停型，並服用中藥調治。經過一週中藥治療後其哮喘、過敏性鼻炎已獲控制，患者的食慾及體重也一併獲得助益。

We present a case of 67-year-old man had the underlying disease of allergic rhinitis, asthma, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. He suffered from acute dyspnea associated with runny nose, sneezing, and stuffy nose for 2-3 days. He also suffered from poor appetite and general malaise for several months. The patient visited our traditional Chinese medicine clinic on August 9th, 2018. He was diagnosed of acute asthma exacerbation in Western Medicine and cold syndrome asthma with internal asthenia in spleen and stomach in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Dyspnea and allergic rhinitis improved a lot after integrating Chinese medicine treatment. His appetite and weight maintenance were both improved with the efficacy of our Traditional Chinese Medical treatment.
