摘要

乾癬是一個對病患生活及外觀上令人困擾的疾病，需長期以藥物控制。本案例是一位70歲女性，於64歲時確診乾癬，雖以外擦類固醇藥膏治療，但效果不明顯，經中醫診察診斷為血虛化燥、傷陰化熱，遣方用藥治以養血清熱，滋陰潤燥，配合外用青黛膏。經過數次治療，其皮膚狀況獲得良好改善。

Psoriasis is a disease that bothers the patient's life quality and appearance and the disease course requires long-term drug control. This case is a 70-year-old woman who was diagnosed as psoriasis at the age of 64. Although she was treated with steroid ointment, the effect was not obvious and satisfied. The diagnosis which was diagnosed by Traditional Chinese medicine clinic was blood and yin deficiency. The prescription was used to treat blood heats, nourish yin and moisturize dryness, with topical natural indigo cream. After several month treatments, her skin condition has been well improved.
