探討學校與醫院合作要素-以發展社區精神衛生護理能力為例

Exploring the Collaborative Elements between School and Hospital: Developing the Psychiatric Community Mental Health Nursing Competence as Example

摘要


本文目的為探討建構學校、醫院之教學合作的要素,以發展社區精神衛生護理實務能力為例。研究方法以行動研究法,進行討論、規劃、行動、評值等循環的研究過程。研究對象有護理學院教師、精神專科醫院護理主管、護理人員及護理碩士班學生。研究過程分二階段進行,第一階段為建立期,建立教學合作要素,完成精神衛生護理實習課程;第二階段為擴展期,依實證個案護理、三次焦點團體及公開研習會方式達成產學合作的成果。對進行過程予以記錄並以內容分析法作分析。結果呈現「學校與醫院合作之4M要素」包含:1. Mission:願景及目標的共識、熱忱投入;2. Manpower:人力資源、經費資源;3. Method:溝通尊重的態度、教學方法的共識、執行合作策略的共識及契約訂定;4. Merit:含蓋學會專業能力貢獻、成果發表、個人及機構成果效益等。可作為促進護理專業發展合作機制及提升教育與臨床實務良好效益之參考;而其中所發展的「社區精神衛生護理實務能力範疇」可提供學會在社區精神衛生護理能力甄審認證之參考依據。

The purpose of this paper was to explore the collaborative education mechanism between nursing colleges and psychiatric hospitals. In order to develop the clinical competency of psychiatric mental health nurses, action research was applied to conduct the cycle process of discussion, planning, action, and evaluation. Subjects included faculty from a National College of Nursing, clinical experts of the psychiatric hospital, and master students in nursing. Two stages were carried in the study: (1) Establishment stage: the establishment of collaborative education mechanism between nursing college and psychiatric hospital and the establishment of completing the mental health nursing master program. (2) Extension stage: the extension of collaborative educational effectiveness base on clinical case evidences, 3 times focus groups, and workshops. The process records were collected to be analyzed by content analysis. The results demonstrates ”4M” elements: (1) Mission: visions, objectives, mutual recognitions, and positive investments (2) Manpower: human resources, funds resources. (3) Method: communications, respects, teaching method's mutual recognitions, strategies, and contracts. (4) Merit: outcome credits, professional contributions, publications, individuals, and the organization benefits and so on. The findings could develop clinical competences of community psychiatric mental health nursing to provide the accreditation of community psychiatric mental health nurse.
