摘要

本研究目的為建立基層精神衛生護理人員之臨床專業能力與培訓重點，以提供醫療機構推動精神衛生護理人員專業能力及在職教育課程之依據。研究過程以兩階段進行，第一階段採歷史研究法，收集國內歷年來各機構與本學會之精神衛生護理專業能力發展與培訓之檔案資料發表文章等相關資料，進行彙整與分析，檢視精神衛生護理之必備臨床專業能力及培訓狀況。第二階段邀集精神衛生學業界護理專家組成焦點團體研討基層精神衛生護理人員必備臨床專業能力及培訓重點，並經精神衛生專業團體會議討論形成共識內容。研究成果可作為國內基層精神衛生護理臨床專業能力發展與培訓之架構與指引，提供精神衛生護理人員專業成長之參考。

This study aimed to set up the requirement of clinical competence and training points for nurses in primary mental health care. This proposal will provide the basis for professional development of nurses working in mental health. The study was in two steps. First was the formulation phase, which adopted the method of historical data collection. We collected annual nationwide information regarding the development and training for skills of psychiatric mental health nursing to examine the requirement and current training components of professional skills for psychiatric nurses. The second step was consensus and moving phase. We adopted the method of a focus group. The core group, which was composed of professionals in psychiatric mental health and academic fields, completed ”the Requirement of Basic Level of Clinic Competence for Psychiatric Mental Health Nurses”. The results can be the guidance and reference of development and training of clinical competence for domestic psychiatric nurses and provide a way of professional growth for them.
