研究目的:探討理情團體對改善護理學院護理系學生非理性信念及憂鬱程度之成效。方法:採用類實驗研究法的單組前後測設計,方便取樣南部某護理學院學生為樣本,進行四次理情團體並完成前後測驗。以「簡式認知型態問卷」、「簡式認知錯誤型態問卷」、「董氏憂鬱量表(大專版)」分別測量受試者的認知型態、非理性信念及憂鬱程度。研究結果:理情團體介入後,研究個案的整體認知型態前後測達顯著差異(z=-42.00,p<.05);整體認知錯誤型態前後測達顯著差異(z=-2.92,p<.01);憂鬱程度前後測達顯著差異(z=-86.50,p<.01)。結論:透過理情團體介入,可顯著改善護生的非理性信念及憂鬱程度。此研究成果可提供未來相關研究及護理實務介入措施的依據及參考。
Purpose: To develop and examine the effectiveness of rational-emotive group in reducing irrational belief and depression of students at a nursing college in southern Taiwan. Method: A quasi-experimental research with test-retested design was used to collect data via convenience sampling and group interventions. Nineteen participants were recruited and later accepted 4-weeks rational-emotive group.Cognitive style test in Chinese version, cognitive error questionnaire in Chinese version, and Tung's depression inventory for college students were used to exam nursing students' cognitive style, irrational belief and depression levels respectively. Results: After the intervention of 4-weeks rational-emotive group, nursing students' cognitive style (z=-42.00, p<.05) and irrational belief (z=-2.92, p<.01) were significantly different from the score of pretest. In addition, the depression level of nursing students was significantly lower than the level of pretest (z=-86.50, p<0.01). Conclusion: The results suggest that 4-weeks rational-emotive group could be effective in improving irrational belief and depression level of nursing students. Accordingly, the study results can be taken into a consideration as an evidence and guideline to design a rational-emotive group for helping nursing students with depression in the future.
