本研究之目的在於探討接受老年護理後,護生對老化態度及老人行為意向改善之成效。研究方法採問卷調查法,研究工具包括生理、心理、社會老化態度量表及老人行為意向量表。研究為象為中部某科技大學專科部三年級護生及非護生二組,隨機各抽取203位進行前測,隨後只對護生組施予與32小時老年護理課程,課程結束後再對二組進行後測,扣除填答不全及隨意勾選者,護生組計有190位及非護生組183位前後測配對資料進行改善差異。研究結果發現教育介入前後護生組與非護生組學生對生理、心理、社會及整體老化態度均為正向傾向,對老人行為意向亦呈現正向趨向,但均以護生組顯著優於非護生組。課程介入後護生老化態度顯著改善,對老人行為意向則無顯著差異;生理、社會及整體老化態度和對老人行為意向均以護生組改善成效顯著優於非護生組。而生理、社會、及整體老化態度改善成效與老人行為意向改善成效呈現顯著正相關,且發現老年護理教育介入是有影響護生老化態度老人行為意向是否改變的重要因素。依據研究結果修正及加強老年護理課程內容,期能改善護生對老化態度及老人行為意向,進而提升老年護理的服務品質。
The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of geriatric nursing program for the nursing student of improving her attitude and behavior intention to the elderly. The tools of this study include questionnaire, physical-psycho-social attitude and the behavior intention scales of the elderly. 203 non-nursing students, 203 nursing students were chosen randomly, pretest and posttest have been done after 32 hours geriatric nursing program to the nursing students. Only 190 nursing students and 183 non-nursing student were qualified to compare the difference of the intervention of the program. The results reveal that the changes of the attitudes to ageing are significant improving in nursing students after the intervention of program. Furthermore, the changing of improving of the physical-psycho-social attitude and the behavior intention of the elderly are significantly in nursing students than non-nursing students.
