由文獻回顧對蕭氏「情境家庭護理理論」之評值

護理是科學知識與實務應用的專業，本文根據杜氏護理理論的三項評值準則：1.理論家及其理論建立過程；2.知識本體；3.理論對護理實務及護理知識的貢獻；透過「情境家庭護理理論」相關的文獻回顧，對「情境家庭護理理論」進行評值。主要目的為：1.由理論評值的省思，促使本土護理專業學術與實務定位的發展，2.提供護理人員在家庭護理治療與研究有精進推展的實證文獻依據。盼望社會大眾及醫療團體，更體認到精神衛生護理專業的科學知識，及應用在團隊臨床實務獨特必要的專業貢獻。

Nursing, is the application of theory and practice. This article presents a literature review and analysis of Shiau's contextual family nursing theory based on Du's framework for analyzing nursing theories: (1) theoreticians and the process of establishing theories; (2) knowledge ontology; (3) theoretical contributions to nursing practice and nursing knowledge. The main purposes of this review were to (1) analyze contextual family nursing theory to promote the development of the academic and practical positioning of the nursing profession and (2) provide an evidence based article for the advancement of family nursing therapy and research. This article is positioned to help the public and medical organizations recognize the theoretical grounding of nursing and the special contributions of psychiatric mental health nursing to clinical practice among professional group.
