玄、佛交涉的詩化-論東晉佛理詩風的形成及其風格型態

摘要


本文旨在探討東晉詩壇佛理詩風的形成原因及其所呈現的內容風貌,試圖循「外在研究」的方法論意識,從「玄、佛交涉」的文化現象來推究佛理詩興起的特殊機緣,並歸結出「名士與名僧交遊」、「清談共辯於佛理」、「佛學以玄理格義」等時代背景;其次則取效「內在研究」的方法論意識,將東晉佛理詩的作者與作品透過三種表現樣態:「循軌格義,玄佛雙運」、「佛以境顯,理深情奇」、「詠佛成韻,詩止於理」來加以闡釋。文中,同時釐清了一段東晉詩歌發展的文學史判讀問題,並綰結上述成果,將之置回詩歌發展的歷史脈絡中,用以說明「玄、佛交涉」的時代風尚與「援佛入詩」的文學表現之間的因果與互動關係,並以之釐定當時的佛理詩在中國詩史上的意義、定位及其對後世詩歌的影響。
