民族誌—人我生命圓舞曲之相互映照與現代公民素養之對應

The Ethnography-I and Thou Life Waltz Mutual Shine upon-Corresponding to Modern Civic Literacy

摘要

結構常傳輸某種意識形態，複製階級與社會結構，結構為戲偶操控於外在有力因素，弱勢施為者是單純任人揉捏的麵人兒，弱勢施為者與結構為二元對立，人無法改變結構，身受結構控制除非行動者本身具有能力與創新力及了解社會規則和人我巧妙因緣際會相助才較有突破結構限制可能性，故本文欲從民族誌觀點及入異地技巧肯定尊崇多元及異文化，闡釋民族誌相關概念讓強勢施為者更寬容尊重，與弱勢施為者建立良好關係並為其增能發聲，因人我互動互助讓施為者與結構是一相互影響相互改變之關係，讓強弱勢施為者均具有更良好人文素養，成為更具素質之現代公民。

The structure often transfers certain ideologies, copying class and social structure. The structure like puppets is manipulated by extrinsic powerful factors. Vulnerable agencies are like simple kneading flour people who rebel against the binary opposition structure. Vulnerable agencies can't change the structure, controlled by the powerful structure. Unless the vulnerable agencies have good ability, the ability to create, to understand the social rules, and to support or solve problems by those advanced people. To produce a breakthrough within the social structural constraints, the article wants to explore with ethnographic perspectives and techniques to respect and honor the diversity cultures. Through the ethnographic perspectives will facilitate powerful agencies bearing more tolerance and respect for vulnerable agencies to establish a good relationship to energize sound and enhance empowerment. Due to human interaction and mutual assistance, the agencies and the structure may mutual affect and change each other. Agencies are caught with good humanities to enhance higher quality of modern citizens.
