教師不同工作壓力源、角色內外工作表現與自我效能相互影響之關係

A STUDY OF THE RELATIONSHIP AMONG JOB STRESSORS, SELF-EFFICACY, AND JOB PERFORMANCE ABOUT TEACHERS

摘要


本研究旨在探討自我效能對不同工作壓力源與工作表現之內、外行為的影響。研究樣本以臺中市之國民小學教師為主,採問卷調查法,共發出600份問卷,回收591份,有效問卷553份,回收率為92.17%,進一步採用驗證性因素分析、階層迴歸分析檢驗本研究所提之假設。研究結果發現:挑戰型工作壓力源對角色外行為具有正向影響;阻礙型工作壓力源對角色內行為與自我效能具有負向影響;自我效能對角色內與角色外之行為具有正向影響,並且自我效能在阻礙型工作壓力源與角色內行為間具中介效果,以及自我效能在挑戰型壓力源與角色外行為之正向影響中具負向干擾效果。

This study was to investigate the relationship among job stressors, self-efficacy and job performance. The survey research method was adopted. This study employed elementary school teachers in Taichung as the research objectives and a questionnaire survey methodology was conducted. The participants in the study comprised 600 teachers. 591 questionnaires were received, in which 553 questionnaires were valid, with an overall valid response rate of 92.17%. The statistical techniques uses Confirmatory factor analysis, descriptive statistic, multiple regression analysis and other analyses for verification hypothesis. The results are as follows: Challenge stressors have a significant positive effect on extra-role behavior. Self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on extra-role behavior. There is a negative moderate effect of self-efficacy on the positive relationship between challenge stressors and extra-role behavior. Hindrance stressors have a significant negative effect on in role behavior. Hindrance stressors have a significant negative effect on self-efficacy. Self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on in-role behavior. Self-efficacy is the mediator of hindrance stressors and in-role behavior.
