Facing the high pressure and continuous improvement of professional knowledge, it is important for securities practitioners to continue learning professional knowledge to maintain good service quality. Learning through the Internet can help learners connect their financial expertise and customer service experience to make learning more meaningful. Past research has shown that online self-efficacy and perseverance can be important factors influencing learners to engage in online learning in the face of stress. Therefore, this study collected 468 questionnaires from securities practitioners to explore the impact of hardiness and Internet self-efficacy on the attitudes towards web-based continuing learning of securities practitioners. The study found that the Internet self-efficacy and hardiness of securities practitioners have a positive impact on their attitudes towards web-based continuing learning. It was also found that the hardiness of securities practitioners has a mediating effect on the relationship between Internet self-efficacy and attitudes towards web-based continuing learning.
