台中綠園道功能與滿意度之關係

摘要

本研究之目的在於探討台中市綠園道使用者對於綠園道各項功能之評價，並分析使用者滿意度與各項綠園道功能評價間之關係。本研究選擇台中市九段較具代表性之綠園道爲研究地區，調查各段綠園道使用者對該段之功能評估及其滿意程度。研究結果發現使用者對九段綠園道之功能評價並不完全相同，滿意度亦有顯著差異。進一步分析結果顯示影響滿意度之主要功能爲：美化視覺景觀、提供社交場所、增加休憩機會、帶來商機、提供野生物棲息地、改善空氣品質等。

The study examined the performances of Taichung greenway functions and to explore the relationship between users' satisfaction and greenway function performance. Nine representative sections of Taichung greenway were selected as study area. Users of these greenways were asked to evaluate the performance of greenway functions and their satisfaction for the greenway. It is found that both function performances and users' satisfactions were significantly different for different sections of greenway. Some important functions that affect users' satisfaction toward greenway are: to make landscape more beautiful, to provide space for social interaction, to provide opportunity for leisure activities, to bring business for neighborhood, to provide habitat for animal species, and to improve air quality.
