AVG處理對延遲‘臺農17號’鳳梨自然開花及果實品質之影響

Effect of Aminoethoxyvinylglycine Application on Delaying Natural Flowering and Fruit Quality in 'Tainung No. 17' Pineapple

摘要


臺灣地處亞熱帶,冬季短日及低夜溫易使鳳梨植株自然抽穗。為延遲‘臺農17號’金鑽鳳梨自然抽穗,本研究自2008年11月中旬至翌年2月底,每隔14天以不同濃度的乙烯生合成抑制劑aminoethoxyvinylglycine(AVG)處理植株,共施用6次。2009 年4月8日調查,僅用水處理的對照組植株之自然抽穗率達88%,而150 mg.L^(-1)及250 mg.L^(-1) AVG加0.067%展著劑處理者,自然抽穗率為0%。此未抽穗植株於4月以1%電石水催花後,抽穗率均可達100%,顯示AVG處理不會影響植株後續對人工催花之感受力。對照組果實成熟期在6月,果實含酸量較低,為0.28%,而延遲抽穗之各處理組,果實成熟期為8月下旬,果實含酸量較高,其他品質要項如果重、總可溶性固形物等於各處理間無顯著差異,唯AVG處理後鼓聲果比例較對照組高。AVG處理可有效抑制‘臺農17號’鳳梨的自然抽穗及並確保人工催花後的果實品質。

Natural flowering in pineapples can be induced by the cool night temperature and short day during winter in subtropical area. We studied the effects of aminoethoxyvinylglycine (AVG) on preventing 'Tainung No. 17' pineapple from natural flowering in winter. AVG was applied biweekly from Nov. 20, 2008 to Jan. 29, 2009 and percentage of flowering was recorded from Feb. 1 to Apr. 8, 2009. Most plants (>88%) developed flower stalks when treated with water only (control) while these plants did not flower when treated with 150 mg.L^(-1) or 250 mg.L^(-1) AVG plus 0.067% surfactant. Regardless of previous AVG treatments, flowering were successfully induced by 1% CaC2 solution in those plants which did not flower before April, indicating that AVG treatments did not affect the afterward sensitivity of pineapple flowering to CaC2. Fruits in the control group were harvested in June, 2009 and had a low titratable acidity of 0.28%. Fruits from AVG treated plants were harvested in Aug, 2009 with higher titratable acidities. Other quality parameters such as fruit weight and total soluble solids did not differ significantly between the control and treated groups except that treated groups had more hollow sound fruits. AVG treatment can inhibit natural flowering and fruit quality did not reduce in pineapples which were thereafter received CaC2 forcing.
