鈣、磷、硼元素對春石斛蘭營養生長及開花品質之影響

Effect of Calcium, Phosphorus, Boron on Vegetative Growth and Flower Quality in Nobile Dendrobium

摘要


本研究以Dendrobium Tian Mu Diamond 及Dendrobium Lucky Girl 為試驗材料,探討鈣、磷及硼元素施用對植株生長及開花之影響,Den. Tian Mu Diamond 植株經施用400mg.L^(-1) 鈣肥處理株高較高,100 mg.L^(-1) 鈣肥處理假球莖較寬及厚,300 mg.L^(-1) 鈣肥處理著花節位較多,葉片葉綠素含量於各處理間無顯著差異。240 mg.L^(-1) 及320 mg.L^(-1) 磷肥理分別呈現較佳株高及節位數,320 mg.L^(-1) 磷肥處理假球莖寬度及厚度表現差,240 mg.L^(-1) 磷肥處理呈現較多之著花節位、節位開花率及總花朵數,磷肥各處理間葉片葉綠素含量無顯著差異。葉面噴施硼酸鈉於Den. Lucky Girl 植株後,植株之著花節位、花序發育花朵數及總花朵數,各處理間無顯著差異,且四水八硼酸鈉噴施造成植株假球莖頂梢花芽敗育。

The effects of calcium, phosphorus and boron nutrients on growth and development of Dendrobium Tian Mu Diamond and Dendrobium Lucky Girl pot plants were pursued. Result showed the plant was higher with 400 mg.L^(-1) calcium treatment, while pseudobulb was thicker and wider with 100 mg.L^(-1) calcium . Calcium at 300 mg.L^(-1) showed more nodes with flowers. There was no significant difference in leaf chlorophyll content among calcium treatments. phosphorus concentration up to 240 mg.L^(-1) and 320 mg.L^(-1) increased plant height and number of node, respectively. While phosphorus at 320 mg•L^(-1) showed reduced width and thickness of pseudobulb. Phosphorus at 240 mg.L^(-1) showed more nodes with flower bud, flowering percent of nodes, and total flowers, however the chlorophyll content of leaves showed no significant difference. Foliar spray of disodium octaborate showed no significant difference on number of node with flowers, florets per inflorescence and total flowers. Moreover, disodium octaborate treatments induced bud abortion of pseudobulb tip.
