不同氮、磷、鉀比例之水溶性肥料對春石斛蘭幼苗生長之影響

Effects of Soluble Fertilizers with Different N-P-K Ratios on the Growth of Nobile Type "Dendrobium" Seedlings

摘要


本研究目的在探討不同氮、磷、鉀比例之水溶性肥料對春石斛蘭幼苗生長之影響,以做為春石斛蘭苗期肥培管理之參考。春石斛蘭品種採用"Dendrobium" Oriental Smile及"Den." Angel Baby 'Love Pocket',試驗處理包括不施肥對照處理、N:P_2O_5:K_2O=30:10:10或20:20:20等三級。由試驗結果顯示,春石斛蘭"Den." Oriental Smile葉片、假球莖及根部之生育性狀、鮮重及乾物以施用20-20-20肥料處理較佳;春石斛蘭"Den." Angel Baby 'Love Pocket'之葉片、假球莖及根部之生育性狀在不同處理間則無一致效應,其假球莖鮮重、葉片乾重及假球莖乾重以施用20-20-20肥料處理較佳。因此,每週施用一次稀釋2000倍之20-20-20肥料,可適用春石斛蘭出瓶後幼苗期之肥培管理方式。

The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of applying different N-P-K ratio soluble fertilizers on growth of nobile type dendrobium seedlings. Two nobile type dendrobium varieties, "Dendrobium" Oriental Smile and Den. Angel Baby 'Love Pocket', and three fertilizer treatments (control, N:P_2O_5:K_2O=30:10:10 or 20:20:20) were tested. The results showed that the growth characteristics, fresh weight and dry weight of leaf, pseudobulb and root in "Den". Oriental Smile had better performance in the treatment of 20-20-20 (N:P_2O_5:K_2O=20:20:20). For "Den". Angel Baby 'Love Pocket', the growth characteristics of leaf, pseudobulb and root did not have consistent responses among treatments, the pseudobulb fresh weight, leaf dry weight and pseudobulb dry weight had better performance in the treatment of 20-20-20 (N:P_2O_5:K2O=20:20:20). Therefore, application of soluble fertilizer (N:P_2O_5:K2O=20:20:20, dilute 2000 X) once a week was suitable for nobile type dendrobium seedlings.
