葉片要素含量與番石榴葉片酚類物質含量之關係

Relationship between Mineral Nutrients and Total Phenolic Compound Contents of Guava Leaf

摘要


在7、9、10、11月採莖頂向下,第六與七枚葉片為樣品,分析其氮、磷、鉀、鈣、鎂、鐵、錳、鋅與總酚類化合物之含量,除錳含量以外,其餘營養要素與總酚類物質含量在不同採收月份之間均有顯著差異。總酚含量在Folin-Ciocalteu法與酒石酸亞鐵法間有良好之線性相關。總酚含量與營養要素間之關係,以十月份之樣品最佳,計與氮、鉀、鐵、錳、鋅含量間達顯著水準,均為負線性相關。如以全部樣品統計,則與所有營養要素均呈顯著相關。本文同時以逐步迴歸分析法與主成分分析法,評估其以葉片分析結果推估總酚含量之預測方程式。

The sixth and seventh leaf from distal end of guava shoot were sampling in July, Sep., Oct. and Nov. and analyzed its N, P, K, Mg, Fe, Mn, Zn and total phenolic compound content. All of the nutrients and total phenolic compound content were significant different among sampling month, except Mn. There had significant positive correlation between the analysis results of two total phenolic compound analysis methods. The correlation between nutrients and phenolic compounds content were significant of the sample which collected at October, especially in N, K, Fe, Mn and Zn and all were negative correlation. If analyzed were included all the samples, all of the leaf nutrients content would significant correlated to total phinolic compound content. Some total phenolic compound content predict formula had done also.
