摘要

本文對亞健康的定義、病因、診斷方法、流行病學調查、中醫診斷現代化等進行文獻回顧與總結。中醫診療現代化的發展趨向中，應當吸收現代醫學的研究成果，注重研製適應自身發展的科技診斷儀器，將中醫辨證論治從宏觀結合微觀，辨證結合辨病，規範診斷標準，以提高中醫診斷水準。中醫學的預防學思想與健康標率等方面都涉及亞健康不同層次的內容，應在保持中醫學術特色下，尋找中醫現代化的方向。

Definition, cause of disease, diagnose means, investigation of epidemics, and modernized of Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis of subhealthy had been documents reviewed and concluded in this paper. In tendency of modern developent of herbalist doctor diagnosis and treatment, it is necessary to absorb modem medical research finding, make a point of develop adapt to oneself s developing science and technology diagnose apparatus. To join macroscopic and microscopic of herbalist doctor dialectical theory rule, dialectical combination contention illness, normalize diagnose standard, so as to enhance diagnose level of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Prevention ideas and healthy standard's of Traditional Chinese Medicine all involve subhealthy content of different gradations. It is necessary to keep under the characteristic of Traditional Chinese Medicine, to look for modern direction of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
