Long term bed-ridden patients with pneumonia or urinary tract infection may induce systematic infection. Systematic infection may also an important clue to sepsis. Patient with sepsis or septic shock may induce acute renal failure; a major cause for hemodialysis .Although high potency of antibiotic is used, patient with nosocomial infection may get more severe and more complicated kind of infection. Drug-to-drug interaction may be also more severe in nosocomonial infection. In this case, patient with impending renal failure who was superimposed pneumonia and got acute renal failure during admission course who had hemodialysisat last. We hoped that from this case we may set up a model for combination therapy from traditional medicine and western medicine to shorten the proportion in the course of pneumonia, sepsis and renal failure for this kind of patients.
