摘要

實驗針刀學是用現代科學技術和實驗方法進行針刀學術理論研究的一門新興學科。為使優質的針刀醫學能繼續發揚光大，我們必須推行實驗針刀學。實驗針刀學的研究內容包括作用原理、應用技術和方法的創新、研究觀點的把持；實驗針刀學的研究方法則包含臨床試驗、形態學研究、功能研究、動物試驗與其他研究方法。實驗針刀學的研究方法層面較廣，但是只要可以闡明針刀理論或提高療效的技術和設備，均可被應用於實驗針刀學的研究之中。

Experimental acupotomology is one kind of new science which uses modern technology and experimental method to proceed theory research of acupotomy. In order to develop the high quality acupotomological medical science be continuous carried forward, we have to carry out experimental acupotomology. The research content of experimental acupotomology include effect principle, innovation of technology and methods, to keep control the view of research point. The research methods of experimental acupotomology contain clinic trial, morphology research, functional research, animal experiment with other research means. The field of experimental acupotomology is widely, but as long as anyone can clarify acupotomological theory or enhance curative effect by technology or equipment, they all could be used in the research of experimental acupotomology.
