摘要

臨床研究水準的高低取決於方案設計的好壞，研究方法的設計是保障臨床研究水準和質量的重要環節。對於療效研究必須特別要求隨機對照、明確定義目標人群的特徵、明確療效指標等事項。另外還須設定同期平行對照，可排除非處理原素，襯托處理原素的真實效應。這是臨床研究的重要原則，也是科學研究的基本要求。

The level of clinical research depends on good or bad program design. The design of the research is an important part to protect the level and quality of clinical research. Randomized, controlled efficacy studies must be specifically requested, a clear definition of the characteristics of the target population, the clear efficacy indicators such matters so on. It must also set the same period in parallel to the control to exclude non original prime, and set off to deal with the true effect of the elements. This is both an important principle of clinical research,and basic scientific research requirements as well.
