摘要

本文論述在操作針刀之時必須嚴格注意手術入路與入皮之後的針刀內手法。針刀操作當中一定要達到穩、準、巧等三個標準，才能提高針刀醫學療效與避免醫療誤失。常用的針刀刀法有五種，分別是1.縱行疏通剝離法；2.橫行剝離法；3.提插鏟開剝離法；4.鏟剝法；5.經絡電生理線路接通法。針刀處方依據方式有：1.依據影像病變定位；2.依據功能病灶點定位；3.依據影像與痛點；4.依據痛點、條索狀；5.依據痛點、生理角度；6．依據神經根部位；7.依據中醫辨證取穴。

This paper discusses the operation of acupotomy must be strict attention at surgical approach, acupotomy technique after the skin and postoperative rehabilitation. Among operation of acupotomy must achieve stable, accurate and clever, the three standards in order to improve the acupotomology efficacy and avoid medical missed. Commonly used acupotomy technique has five, namely 1. longitudinal dredge stripping method; 2. transverse stripping method; 3. lift-thrust and shovel open stripping method; 4. shovel stripping method; 5. Meridian electrophysiological line connected. Acupotomy prescription based methods are: 1. basis imaging lesion localization; 2. basis functions focus point location; 3. basis points of imaging and pain; 4. basis of pain region and taut band ; 5. basis points of pain, physical angle of view; 6. based on the nerve root parts; 7. according to TCM then select acupoints.
