摘要

目的：觀察針刀閉合性鬆解術治療頸性眩暈症的療效。方法：將86例頸性眩暈症患者，隨機分為觀察組44例，對照組42例，觀察組行頸部軟組織針刀閉合性鬆解術治療，對照組予以藥物治療，分別治療一個療程後，觀察患者治療前後的頸椎X線及經顱多普勒（TCD）的改毛判定其療效。結果：觀察組治療前後患者的頸椎X線及經顱多普勒的檢查較治療前均有明顯的改變，且有顯著差異。結論：頸部軟組織針刀閉合性鬆解術治療頸性眩暈療效確切，與常規的藥物治療對照比較，有顯著的優越性。

Objective: To assess the observation of acupotomy-closur-loosening Therapy in the treatment of cervical vertigo. Methods: 86 patients with cervical dizziness were divided into two groups randomly, 44 patients in the observation group undergoing the neck soft tissue with acupotomy-closur-loosening therapy, the 42 patients in the contrast group only ungergoing medical treatment. After 1 period of treatment respectively, X-ray photographs of cervical vertebra and transcranial doppler(TCD) were studied. Results: The X-ray photographs of cervical vertebra and transcranial Doppler (TCD) show the observation group is apparently better than treatment before. The treatment effects in the two groups vary greatly. Conclusion: The therapy by using acupotomy-closur-loosening therapy has definite treatment effects in treating cervical vertigo and has an apprent superiority compare with conventional medical treatment.
