摘要

腦血管疾病為國人十大死因之一，患者因受損程度及位置的不同而有不同的後遺症，包含意識障礙、肢體癱瘓、動作障礙、知覺障礙、感覺異常、顏面神經異常、吞嚥障礙、言語障礙、視覺缺損、認知缺損、情緒個性轉變……等等。其中有一部分的患者因患肢高張力伴關節攣縮的問題，影響他們的復健訓練，造成肢體功能恢復狀況不佳，生活功能無法提升。西醫主要的治療方式有控制誘發因素、適當的擺位、關節活動、使用支架、口服藥物（baclofen、clonazepam、dantrolene、diazepam、tizanidine……等）、肉毒桿菌素注射、冷療法抑制肌梭的活動、手術等。中醫主要有中藥、針灸及推拿療法。本篇文章整理了關於中醫針對腦血管疾病患肢高肌張力的治療方法並在臨床應用上苃得不錯的療效。

Cerebrovascular disease plays a role in Taiwan's cause of death. Complications are dependent on location and damage degree in brain. Some patients are bothering about their high muscle tone which influence their rehabilitation. In western medicine,evocators controlling,correct position, joint movement, brave using' oral medication,botulinum toxin injection, cold therapy and surgery are main strategies for high muscle tone. In traditional medicine, treatments for high muscle tone include chinese medicine, acupuncture and massage manipulation. This article collects some papers about treatment for high muscle tone in traditional medicine and share a case which showing good effect under treatment in traditional Chinese.
