摘要

目的：介紹脊柱相關性疾病的診療思路。方法：根據內臟疾病的體表反射規律，脊神經及內臟神經的分佈支配區域及背部經穴的分佈規律不同，依照中醫的＂治之於外，調之於內＂原理，將脊柱區帶劃分為脊柱相關病九大診療區及胸腹九大對應診療區，主要用於脊柱相關病的診斷與治療。結論：脊柱區帶劃分為脊柱相關病九大診療區及胸腹九大對應診療區，對脊柱相關病的診斷與治療有一定的指導作用。

Objective: To introduce the thinking of diagnosis and treatment of spine-related diseases. Methods: According to the body surface reflexology of visceral diseases, the distribution of spinal nerves and visceral nerves was dominated by the distribution of the acupoints and the distribution pattern of the back acupoints was different. According to the principle of ＂treating outside and adjusting inside＂, the spine zone was divided into spine related to the nine major clinics and thoracoabdominal nine corresponding treatment area, mainly for the diagnosis and treatment of spine-related diseases. Conclusion: Spinal zone is divided into nine major areas of spine-related disease and nine corresponding areas of thoracoabdominal treatment, which can guide the diagnosis and treatment of spine-related diseases.
