台灣第一個全國性推拿學會之籌組經過

本文介紹台灣第一個全國性的推拿學術團體。1961年6月27日中國推拿學會在台北順利舉行成立大會。當時大會的宗旨，是以兼善天下為目的，不是以獨善其身而自得。希望會員們把所得向社會貢獻，傳承所學，務求做到推拿醫術發揚光大之目的。其研究範圍，包括中國傳統的推拿學、按摩學，正骨學並及於導引學。研究之學科均屬於現代所謂的物理療法，與針灸、電療等同屬一科。依其特點言之，大底是憑著體力施術，很少借用外物來作為幫助。晚近推拿學會的訓練目標受衛生政策影響，每個會員學習賴以維生的一技之長，必須在衛生法規約束之下進行。2017年，衛生福利部已經公告「民俗調理業管理規範」，目前更期待民俗調理技術人員專法通過，使推拿業者的權利與義務能有一定保障。

This article introduces Taiwan's first national tuina academic community. On June 27, 1961, the Chinese Tuina Association successfully held its inaugural meeting in Taipei. At that time, the purpose of the conference was to be both good and good, not to be self-sufficient. Which hope all members will contribute to the society and inherit what they have learned, so as to achieve the purpose of promoting tuina(Chinese massage and rehabilitation) medical practice. His research scope includes traditional Chinese tuina, massage, orthopedics and guidance. The disciplines of research belong to modern so-called physical therapy, which is equivalent to acupuncture and electrotherapy. According to its characteristics, the outsole is based on physical strength and rarely borrows foreign objects as a help. The training objectives of the recent Tuina Institute are influenced by the health policy. Each member's learning depends on the ability to survive and must be carried out under the health regulations. In 2017 years, the Ministry of Health and Welfare has announced the ＂Management Regulations for Folk conditioning industry＂. At present, it is more expecting the adoption of the special law for folklore conditioning technicians, so that the rights and obligations of the tutors can be guaranteed.
