《保嬰神術－按摩經》推拿手法對小兒疾病治療學術探討

小兒推拿以中醫理論為基礎，以陰陽五行、臟腑經絡等學說為理論指導，運用推拿手法作用於小兒機體，達到臟腑氣血調整，防治疾病為目的。以針灸名家楊繼洲所撰寫《針灸大成》中收錄之《保嬰神術．按摩經》為最具影響之作，該書為中醫現存最早的小兒推拿專著，推崇以推拿治療小兒疾病，注重小兒望診，診斷以察指紋，小兒推拿的腧穴及手法，獨創穴位手法，擅用複式手法，手法補瀉分明，對治療急慢驚風獨到手法。本研究以《保嬰神術．按摩經》進行文獻探討，藉由分析小兒推拿穴位及操作方式，於臨床上對嬰幼兒的診療效果。《保嬰神術》在小兒推拿療法發展中起到十分重要的作用，該書總結了明代以前的小兒推拿成就，記述了許多陳氏本人的實踐經驗和創見，為後世的小兒推拿發展奠定了堅實的基礎。該書中所用的小兒推拿手法和特定穴位、治療方法等，至今仍在臨床應用，且有很好的臨床效果。
