台商之台籍幹部人力資源規劃

摘要


兩岸加入WTO後,台灣產業競爭壓力增加,將使台商在生產成本或市場拓展等考量下,尋求赴海外投資,另方面,因為大陸加入WTO後,貿易體制逐步法制化,將減少台商經營環境的不確定性。台灣要與大陸競爭,不能完全拒大陸市場於外,否則只會加速造成台灣被邊緣化的危機而已。相反的,應該積極的把大陸當成台灣企業全球化佈局中的重要一環,讓台商充分利用大陸的資源,這才是台灣經濟長久的生存之道。唯有落實人力資源管理,慎選台籍領導幹部,外派大陸管理與輔導大陸員工,發揮組織經營綜效,才能提升台灣的競爭優勢。
