After joining WTO, Taiwan higher education faces competitions and challenges. Formulating some effective and appropriate strategies not only can affect the revenue for the university, but also maintain the sustainable value of the school. The adaptation of external and internal environment change and formulating the appropriate strategy may lead universities to the direction of sustainability. Goal of this research is to use the facts of a school as an example to define the position, make tactics, and develop proper strategies for the school. Strategies of this research design are using Porter 5 force analysis, SWOT analysis, External factor evaluation (EFE), Competitive profile matrix (CPM), Internal factor evaluation (IFE), Strategic Position and Action Evaluation (SPACE) Matrix, and Grand strategy matrix. The case gone through document reviews and summarized into strategic analysis tool by writer, as above described, will be concluded in debatable, concrete, and practical strategies for decision makers' reference.
