椰纖板蜂巢結構複合疊層吸音板之研究

摘要


本研究選用三聚氰安甲醛樹脂為基材,椰纖為強化材以製作成多孔性複合材料,再以椰纖板蜂巢結構方式進行複合疊層,試圖改良純椰纖板之吸音效果,而選用椰纖的目的是為了節省資源,而達廢物利用之效。由實驗得知,改用蜂巢結構之吸音效果較純椰纖板的效果佳,且有較優良之吸音曲線,有隨頻率增加而往上移動的趨勢,且對低頻得到較為良好的吸音性能。蜂巢結構對於吸音率影響,仍然多層為最佳,層數越減則吸音率越小,故要得到良好的吸音曲線,要以較多層的蜂巢結構較佳。

In this study, we use coir fiber as the reinforced, Melamine formaldehyde resin as the matrix. It was made to be porous composite materials, and it uses the way of beehive structure that place at middle layer of the coir fiber boards to proceed composite lapping layers. The reason is that try to improve the absorption coefficient of the single coir fiber board's absorption effect. The experiment show, the curve of absorption coefficient of the coir fiber boards behind beehive structure lapping is more than the pure coir fiber boards has move toward above with increased frequency, and get better performance of absorption effect with low frequency.
