中國大陸與俄羅斯國家競爭力之比較分析

摘要

本研究是以國家競爭力的角度，量化中國大陸與俄羅斯十年來的競爭力表現。透過集中趨勢統計、離散趨勢統計以及Spearman等級相關分析，評析各項競爭力之異同。結果顯示中國大陸在各項評比皆優於俄羅斯，而俄羅斯只有在「生產力」、「科學建設」及「教育」足以媲美中國大陸。

On the point of national competitiveness, this study is quantified the performance of competitiveness between Mainland China and Russia over the past ten years. We analyze their competitiveness in the various levers through statistics of central tendency, statistics of dispersion, and Spearman's rank correlation. The result is shown Mainland China is much better than Russia. Russia compares favorably with Mainland China only on the side of productivity, scientific infrastructure and education.
