應用遺傳演算法在考慮不良品重製之生產存貨模型

The Application of Genetic Algorithm on Production-Inventory Model with Imperfect Process

摘要


在現有的生產系統中,可能發生參數設定不當或機器損壞,所以生產出之不符合規格製成品,而成為不良品,因此本研究針對在生產過程中產生不良品之經濟生產批量(Economic Production Quantity, EPQ)存貨模型探討,提出不良品重製生產-存貨數學模型,並運用遺傳演算法(Genetic Algorithms, GAs)的運算方式求解,本研究將生產-存貨模型之目標函數式轉換成GAs中的適應函數(fitness function),其中的決策變數則是欲求取的生產週期時間(T),及物料採購頻率(Ki),並將其轉換為GAs中的染色體。本研究利用Evolver軟體執行GAs運算,過程中變化GAs的群組大小、交配率與突變率等參數,和存貨模型之不良品率與檢修率等數值資料,並對各個不同參數設定之較佳解的演算代數、演算時間、總成本與週期時間加以記錄與分析。

In a production system, because there could be errors of parameters setting or machine breakdown, producing imperfect items that do not satisfy the specification is inevitable. This study discusses the inventory model of economic production quantity that produces imperfect items in the production process, proposes repairable item reprocess-mathematical model incorporated with the genetic algorithms to solve the problem. This study translates the objection function of production-inventory model to the fitness function of genetic algorithms. The decision variables including the production cycle and materials purchase frequency are translated to the genes of genetic algorithms. This study uses Evolver software to execute the genetic algorithm operation. Different population sizes, crossover rates and mutation rates of genetic algorithms and imperfect items rates, repairable items rates are experimented in the process. We then record and analyze the near-optimal solution of the trials, time, cost and cycle time for different parameters.
