考慮含不良原物料整合物料及成品之生產-存貨模式

A Production-Inventory Model Integrated Raw with Raw Material and Finished Good with Defective Materials

摘要


在現今激烈競爭的全球化市場中,如何靈活運用資金使內部成本降低,進而提昇獲利能力,是企業永續經營的基礎。其中,擬定有效的存貨管理政策,可以適時與適量地控制存貨數量,使存貨的管理更具效率以達到最低的存貨成本,是許多企業相當重視的問題。因此本研究擬建立一個整合原物料與成品之生產-存貨模式,模式中假設供應商之原料中含有一定比例之不良品,且必須以分批方式進行全數檢驗,再入庫以提供生產之用。每批原料於全部檢驗完成後,檢驗出的不良原料將一次丟棄。首先,我們分別建立原料及成品之存貨相關成本函數後,接著以兩者之整合存貨相關總成本函數最小化為目標,求解最佳之成品生產批量及原料訂購次數。進一步,本研究提出一個演算方法來說明如何求得最適解。最後,利用數值範例說明所提出之求解步驟,並分析不同不良率對於最佳解之影響。

In today's competitive global marketplace, how the business uses funds flexibly to reduce the internal cost and then enhance profitability is the basis for sustainable development. It is a serious issue for many companies to develop a effective inventory management policy can control the amount of inventory in real time with real quantity and make inventory management more efficient to achieve the lowest cost of inventory. Therefore, the study developed a production-inventory model considering raw materials and finished products in which the supplier's raw materials contain a certain proportion of defective products and must be fully tested in batch, and then put in storage to provide production. After completing the inspection of raw materials each batch, approved defective materials will be discarded once. We first establish the total relevant inventory cost functions of materials and finished products respectively. Furthermore, we try to find the optimal production quantity for finished products and number of order for materials to minimize the integrated total relevant inventory cost function. Furthermore, a algorithm is developed to obtain the optimal solutions. Finally, numerical examples are provided to illustrate the proposed solving steps and analyze the impacts on optimal solutions under various defect rates of materials.
