摘要

根據統計事故傷害佔國人主要死因第六位；其中在零至四歲的嬰幼兒，因尚未具備行為的能力，為發生意外機率最高階段。本單位在2010年1月至2010年9月期間，每季平均發生兒科病床安全異常事件發生率為千分之0.55，為了提昇兒童病床安全性，成立專案小組，經由實地查核發現住院病童落實執行病床安全完整率低（80%），尤以環境防護措施為主軸，針對問題運用跨醫療團隊的溝通及合作，提供病床目前設備缺失處、修訂兒科護理標準作業流程、教育訓練與製作護理單張等解決方案。執行解決方案之後，病床安全異常事件發生率自千分之0.55降至千分之0.22，藉此專案可發現運用跨醫療團隊間的溝通及合作，重新制訂與兒科病房病床安全作業之防護措施及流程模式，更能改善病床安全，維護病人安全，提升照護品質。

Project execution, from July 2011 to September 2011 hospital bed security exceptions event rate fell from 0.55 per mille down to 0.22 per mille, through cross-communication between the medical team and co-re-formulation and pediatric wards of the precautions and safe operation process model, improve hospital bed safety, quality control has been reached.
