摘要

各類型護理研究如雨後春筍般蓬勃發展，但是臨床護理人員較少將研究結果應用於其臨床實務。目前轉譯研究已成為先進國家醫學研究的主流，希望能將具有證據等級的研究結果，落實於臨床照護，以提供有效率的醫療照護及提升照護品質。本文將介紹轉譯研究之相關概念及其與品質促進之關係，同時對護理人員將研究成果應用於臨床照護應作之準備提出建議，最終目的是能將轉譯研究與品質促進作密切連結。

This article introduces the concept of translational research and its relationship with quality improvement. Translational research has become the trend of national medical research with the purpose to promote evidence into the clinical field to enhance the quality of care. Various types of nursing research activities have been conducted; however, the findings were seldom applied in clinical practice. Suggestions will be made on how to prepare nurses in the application of research evidence into bedside nursing. The ultimate goal is to closely connect the translational research and quality improvement.
