論護理臨床教師培育計畫之推動

On the Plan to Promote Training Clinical Nursing Preceptor

摘要


本文旨在闡述台中榮民總醫院護理臨床教師培育計畫之經驗,包括基礎訓練、甄選、審核、訓練、教學、評值與評核、輔導與獎勵等。其次描述護理臨床教師培育訓練課程之規劃與推動,含基礎訓練與持續培育課程。最後陳述護理臨床教師培育訓練成果及檢討,其中除運用多元管道收集意見外,且以護理同仁之多篇研究作為擬定訓練課程之參考,經多次修訂使護理臨床教師培育計畫更臻完整及具系統性。

This article explains Taichung Veterans General Hospital clinical nursing preceptor training programs, including basic training, selection criteria, auditing, training, teaching, evaluation and assessment, counseling and rewards. The development and training plan for preceptors includes basic training and continuing development programs. The author evaluated preceptors training results, used multiple pipeline to collect data and used referenced research articles to update training curriculum to make it more systemic and comprehensive.
