護理臨床教師教學回饋技巧之成效評價

The Evaluation of Teaching Feedback Skills of Nursing Preceptors

摘要


本研究旨在探討回饋技巧訓練課程對護理臨床教師自評及其學員評量護理臨床教師教學回饋技巧之改變。於某醫學中心以多層次隨機抽樣與分派為實驗組及控制組,每組護理臨床教師及其學員各60人。實驗組護理臨床教師參與3小時教學回饋技巧訓練課程。訓練後1個月施行第一次後測,3個月再實施1次後測。結果顯示實驗組護理臨床教師自評教學回饋技巧總平均由前測74.27分提升至第二次後測之77.31分,其學員評量則由前測75.70分提升至第二次後測78.35分,均達顯著差異(p<.05),但兩者之笫一次後測與前測總平均,均無顯著差異。控制組護理臨床教師自評及其學員評量護理臨床教師教學回饋技巧,第一次及第二次後測與前測之總平均,均未達顯著差異。實驗組護理臨床教師在「提供學習者表達機會」及「再次提供學習者表達機會」二個構面,第二次後測平均得分較前測顯著提昇(p<.05),其學員在「非批判性指正」及「具體改善措施」二個構面,第二次後測平均得分較前測顯著提昇(p<.05)。控制組護理臨床教師自評及其學員評量護理臨床教師回饋技巧之五個構面,第二次後測得分雖較前測提升,但未達顯著差異。結果顯示教學回饋技巧訓練課程確有成效,建議定期安排訓練課程,提升護理臨床教師教學回饋技巧能力。

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of teaching training program in improving preceptors' teaching feedback skills. Experimental design for two groups of pre-post time series (three times) was adapted as a guide for this study. Two stage stratified random sampling and assignment were adopted to recruit 120 preceptors and their trainees who are working in a medical center. 60 preceptors and their trainees were assigned by random sampling to an experimental group in which a 3-hour teaching training program was adapted. 60 preceptors and their trainees were assigned to a control group. Score of feedback skills was evaluated by preceptors themselves and their trainees using a questionnaire with sixteen items. The results indicated that the experimental group had better improvement in teaching feedback skills than the control group during post-test. The average post-test 2 score (77.31 points) was significantly higher then pre-test score (74.27 points) were evaluated by the preceptors; the average post-test 2 score (78.35 points) was significantly higher then pre-test score (75.7 points) as evaluated by their trainees for the experimental group. The average post-test 1 and post-test 2 scores were evaluated by the preceptors and their trainees for the control group showing no significant differences with pre-test scores. The results of this study show that the teaching training program could improve preceptors' teaching feedback skills.
