應用資訊科技於護理教學的契機與建置規劃

Development and Implementation of Information Technology in Nursing Education

摘要


護理師是第一線健康照護工作者,護理教育對醫護品質的影響甚大。現今護理教育入學管道多元,使護理學生的學習動機與學習能力差異增加,教師應以「學習者為中心」關注學生個別差異、調整教學策略、創新教學方法,以提升學生對護理的興趣並改善學習成效。近年來資訊科技於教育之發展已銳不可當,護理教育也必須善加運用以創新教學,然而運用科技資訊時仍應以教育理論引導,發展切合學習者需求的教學活動,並兼顧教學者的共識。本文介紹與科技資訊有關的教育理論,描述雲端即時錄播系統及數位教材運用於自主學習、擬真設備於情境教學、中階擬真設備於小組合作式統合學習、臨床技能訓練暨測驗用攝影設備於實習後練習等運用情形,以及如何透過教師社群與工作坊等協助教師增能並凝聚共識,期許護理教育者除了積極運用科技資訊於課程,更應重視如何啟發學生學習動機,運用反思學習以深化護理素養,並使學生在學習活動中相互觀察、彼此影響,以使科技資訊的運用達到理想的教學目標。

Nursing education is pivotal to the quality of nursing care because nurses are first-line healthcare providers. Currently, there are various pathways to enter nursing schools but are complicated by differences in learning ability and motivation among students. Nurse educators should design creative "learner centered" curricula and teaching strategies to address individual differences in order to maintain students' learning interest and desirable outcomes. It is crucial to incorporate information technology and educational theories in nursing curricula. Use a learning management system, digital self-learning materials and simulation to design teaching activities that promote collaborative team learning and clinical competence. Other learning activities include reflection strategy, peer observation and sharing. The use of video equipment in post-clinical rotation practice may assist educators to reach a consensus through educator's community discussion and workshops.
