以策略矩陣法分析GOOGLE公司之經營策略

摘要

隨著網際網路產業的興衰起伏，近年來再次掀起的網路熱潮，其所帶動的經濟規模及影響力，已遠遠超過前波網路熱潮。而新一波網路產業的崛起，不僅記取過去失敗的經驗，在經營策略及創新能力上，更加入許多新的元素。本研究利用策略矩陣進行Google公司企業經營策略之實證分析，結果發現：Google公司在經營策略上的競爭優勢來自於：1.人才；2.技術；3.企業文化；4.創新精神。

The internet industry, along with prosperity and decline, once more upsurges in recent years. The economical scale and the influence impetus of the recent internet industry have surpassed the last one. The emerging network industry recalls the defeated experience and adds many new elements into the management strategy and the innovation ability. This research analyzes the business strategy of the Google Company by strategy matrix. We find the competitive advantages of the Google Co. come from human resources, technology, enterprise culture and innovation.
