學習型組織資訊系統建構因素個案探討－以銀行業及房屋仲介業為例

摘要

本研究以X銀行及房屋仲介Y公司為個案對象，以知識管理、組織學習、五項修練、資訊科技與學習型組織特徵之關係，來探討不同產業建構學習型組織資訊系統因素及功能項目之異同。研究結果顯示，X銀行及房屋仲介Y公司背景變項對形成學習型組織部份沒有顯著影響；銀行之「知識管理」、「組織學習」、「五項修練」、「資訊科技」與「學習型組織特徵」部分有正向相關，房屋仲介公司則完全正向相關；資訊科技對銀行部分變數有中介作用，而資訊科技對房屋仲介公司所有變數完全有中介作用。建議兩產業給予保留並在其它有達中介作用之項目，而未建置作資訊系統功能建置進行內部檢討改善，促使能快速且有效率的推動學習型組織形成。

To enhance the competitiveness in the enterprise organization, it is very important to construct the learning organization for the employee to learn as quick as possible. The study select two different companies to discuss the characteristics of Learning Organization, through the analysis of the relationships among Knowledge management, Organization Learning, Five Discipline and by the aid of the Information Technology to build the suitable Enterprise Information Portal Site.The results show that the background variables of the bank have no effect on the forming of Knowledge management, Organization Learning, Five Discipline, Information Technology and characteristics of Learning Organization for both of the companies. There are partly positive relationships among Knowledge management, Organization Learning, Five Discipline, Information Technology and the characteristics of Learning Organization to the bank. As for the housing broker, they are totally positive. Furthermore, The Information Technology has the medium effect on some variables to the bank but has fully effect to the housing broker. In the end, several suggestions were made to build the information system for the bank and the housing broker to become the more effective learning organization.
