大學體育學門系所評鑑之後設評鑑研究

A Study on Meta-Evaluation of Physical Education Evaluation in Collegiate Departments

摘要


本研究之主要目的,在探討後設評鑑的相關理論與內涵,並以九十五年大學體育學門系所評鑑為課題,進行問卷調查,希望能瞭解此次的系所評鑑之結果與缺失,以作為政府或民間機構未來再辦理大學體育學門系所評鑑的參考和改善的依據。本研究以效用性、可行性、適切性以及精確性等四個後設評鑑標準為依據,自編成「大學體育學門系所評鑑之後設評鑑量表」為研究工具,並以九十五年接受大學體育系所評鑑之15個學校52系所1,386位的教職員生為研究對象,進行分層抽樣調查;研究的結果為:一、大學體育學門系所評鑑之後設評鑑中,以效用性為最重要,其次依序為:可行性、精確性和適切性。二、不同的大學生、體育教師及教職員在後設評鑑中的效用性、可行性、精確性和適切性皆達顯著差異。三、在改善評鑑的建議事項中,前三項依序為:經費不足請提供經費、請事先早一點通知以便提早準備、評鑑結果的報告有待再改進。四、訪談中發現,本次大學體育學門系所的評鑑,有其正面的意義(系所目標、宗旨);但,比較缺少輔導與改善的機制,值得未來再改善。

The primary purpose of this study is to explore meta-evaluation with regards to its relevant theories and contents. In this study the evaluation of collegiate departments in the discipline of physical education for the 2006 academic year will be treated as the subject matter while a questionnaire survey will be conducted to understand the evaluation results and defects. It is hoped that the findings may serve as a reference for government agencies and civil institutions in the conduct of evaluation in the discipline of physical education.In the research process, at first, an inventory of the evaluation of collegiate departments in the discipline of physical education, compiled in terms of four evaluation criteria-validity, feasibility, appropriateness and precision, will be used as the research instrument. Then a total of 1,386 instructors and students from 15 collegiate departments of physical education to be evaluated in the 2006 academic year will be chosen as the subjects to go through a survey. Finally research methods of literature analysis, questionnaire survey and specialist interview will be implemented. This study looks forward to the following results and effectiveness:一、The priority list of the meta-evaluation of physical education in collegiate departments are: validity, feasibility, precision, appropriateness.二、There are significant among on the meta-evaluation of physical education evaluation at different teachers and students.三、The three most effective strategies for the promotion to provide mete-evaluation. are: enough money, notice early, outcome improved.
