本研究之目的主要在於探討臺北市國民中學體育教師教學信念、教學創新與教學效能之相關情形。以臺北市國中體育教師為研究對象,採問卷調查法來收集所需資料。抽樣方式以隨機取樣實施,共發放240份問卷,剔除資料填答不全者,合計有效樣本為192份,有效回收率為80%。資料處理採結構方程式模式:利用LISREL 8.80統計套裝軟體,檢定臺北市國民中學體育教師教學信念、教學創新與教學效能量表之因果路徑關係。本研究主要結論為:「教學信念-教學創新-教學效能」因果徑路模式是適合的,亦即體育教師教學信念愈高則教學創新能力及教學效能愈佳;教學創新能力愈佳則體育教學效能愈佳。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among teaching beliefs, teaching innovation, and teaching effectiveness for Taipei junior high school physical education teachers. Questionnaire was utilized to collect data. The participants were Taipei junior high school physical education teachers. The sample was 240 teachers randomly selected from the participants. From the survey returned, 192 were coded. The valid response rate was 80%. Structural Equation Model was used to analyze the relationship among teaching beliefs, teaching innovation, and teaching effectiveness for Taipei junior high school physical education teachers by LISREL 8.80 statistic software. The results indicated that the Structural Equation Model of ”teaching beliefs-teaching innovation-teaching effectiveness” was feasible. Physical education teachers' teaching beliefs was higher, the teaching effectiveness and teaching innovation was better. Teaching innovation was higher, the teaching effectiveness for physical education teachers was better.
