體育師資生試教經驗之探討

A Study of Student Teaching Experience of Physical Education Student Teachers

摘要


基於現場的試教經驗是體育師資生重要的實務經驗來源,教學現場中有關學生、環境等複雜的情境,能讓體育師資生獲得教學專業的成長,對於師資生未來是否能夠勝任教師角色及從事教職意願有著重要的影響。本研究旨在暸解體育師資生在教學實習階段所獲得的實務經驗及其對教學專業成長的影響。以立意取樣選取4名(3女1男)修習師資培育課程「教學實習」課程之大學體育系四年級師資生為研究參與者,採半結構訪談以及文件分析等多元方式蒐集資料,再將資料依研究問題做歸納與分析。研究發現:一、體育師資生認為善用輔助教具有助於提昇教學效能。二、體育師資生體認到班級經營與口語表達能力對教學的重要性。三、體育師資生教學問題來自班級經營、學生能力以及口語表達之能力。四、體育師資生以肯定自我教學的信心來面對「實習教師」角色所帶來的挑戰。五、實際教學經驗是驗證、內化教學理論的最佳方式,真正面對才會信服理論。六、實習是緊張、壓力大又收穫豐富的經驗,能夠快速促進體育師資生之專業成長。根據探討的結果,研究者建議師培課程應提供更符合真實教學之情境讓體育師資生進行模擬教學,且提供更多獲得實際教學經驗之機會。

So far as student teachers of physical education are concerned, the senior teaching practice is an important source of practical experience. So as to become a qualified teacher, it has always been playing a critical role to obtain professional growth by means of participating in actual teaching situations. The purpose of this study was to understand the practical experience of the physical education teaching practicum and its influence on the professional growth of teaching. A purposive sampling was used to identify four student teachers who were in department of physical education as study participants. Data was collected for this study through semi-structured interviews and document analysis and then analyzed through inductive approach, the results were as follows: 1. the teaching problems of student teachers of physical education result from classroom management, students' capacity and student teachers' verbal expression. 2. Student teachers of physical education thought that it is helpful to enhance teaching efficacy via teaching aids. 3. Student teachers of physical education recognized that classroom management and verbal expression are both important for teaching. 4. Student teachers of physical education face the challenges with positive self-confidence in teaching. 5. Actual teaching experience is the best way to consolidate and validate teaching theories. 6. Teaching practicum is a stressful but rewarding experience that could widely broaden the professional knowledge of student teachers of physical education. As a result, the researchers recommended that teacher education programs should provide not only more simulated teaching but also more opportunities to obtain practical teaching experiences for student teachers of physical education.
