本研究目的在瞭解全國公立高中(職)體育科教師甄選現況、對甄聘新進教師專業能力需求及其專業能力表現差異情形。以全國283所公立高中(職)體育組長為研究對象,採自編問卷施測,計發放283份,回收228份有效問卷,回收率80.5 %。資料以描述統計及單因子變異數進行分析。研究結果發現:1.目前教師甄選作業以學校自行辦理為主,甄聘專長教師佔一定比例;甄選方式多樣化,以筆試、試教、口試為主。近年甄選方式略有變化,增設術科測驗比例提高,口試甄選方式減少,但筆試仍為進入複試關鍵。2.體育教師專業能力需求及新進教師專業表現皆以「精神態度與信念」層面最高。3.不同甄選方式甄聘之新進教師在專業能力表現上未達顯著差異。結論:近年甄選方式多元化,重視教師實作技能表現,且經教師甄選甄聘之新進教師專業能力表現良好,不因甄選方式不同而有差異。
The purpose of this study were: (1) to understand the current status of the recruitment methods of physical education teachers in public senior (vocational) high schools in Taiwan, (2) the professional competence requirement for novice teachers, (3) the differences of professional competence performance among recruitment methods. A self-developed questionnaires was administrated to the section chiefs of physical education in 283 senior (vocational) high schools in Taiwan. Two hundred and twenty-eight valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed by descriptive statistics and One-way ANOVA. The Results as follows: 1. the current recruitment of teachers was mainly handled by schools themselves. The specialized professional competence of teachers accounted for a specific ratio in the recruitment. There were a variety of recruitment methods: the written and oral examination, and mock teaching. The recruitment methods showed slight changes in recent years. The ratio of skill tests had increased, but had decreased in oral examination. Written examinations were still the key to entering the retry out. 2. The professional competence requirement for physical education teachers and the professional competence performance of novice teachers were the highest in the aspect of “spiritual attitude and belief”. 3. No significant differences was found in the professional competence performance of novice teachers employed via different requirement methods. Conclusion: In recent years, various requirement methods had been developed to focus the importance of practical skills and performance of teachers. In addition, the novice teachers employed through teacher requirement showed great professional competence performance, and their performance did not vary due to requirement methods.
