觀光休憩領域學生選系因素之研究

本研究目的是瞭解銘傳大學在1999年首先成立觀光學院實施大一、大二不分系制度，歷經七年，學生選系的主要因素是什麼？延後分流是好是壞，有那些是可以改進的，以便提供學院參考改進。本研究以問卷普查方式進行調查，研究對象爲銘傳觀光學院全體661位學生，共回收505份(76.4%)有效問卷。研究發現學生分系選擇的主要原因，以興趣及未來就業爲最主要考量因素，其他的因素則對於分系選擇影響相較微弱許多。對於改善各系選讀人數有極大差異的情況，必須從課程設計、教師、引發學生系的興趣，對於學生不能選到自己喜歡的科系，也應該放寬選課限制，讓這些人能夠有機會選修自己喜歡的課程。

The purpose of study is to know that first one administer to promote the stundents' department selecting factors under the system of departmental distinguishing in the School of Tourism Ming Chuan University (MCU) after the sophomore year in 1999. Since the time and being the first to operate, we do not understand that the system of departmental distinguishing in the School of Tourism MCU after the sophomore year is better or not, and what factors will be effecting stundents' department selecting decisions are not concluded by the public. Therefore, we thought that is value of the research. In order to improve and percept the system, we hope that we can make suggests for School of Tourism MCU. The instrument of study is questionnaires of investigation. The population of research is 661 students form the School of Tourism MCU. There are 505 validity samples received with a valid rate of 76.4%. We are finding that factors it will be most effect stundents' department selecting are personal interest and occupation in the future then other factors. The others be also concerned to promote stundents' department differential selecting that are importance effect with curriculums designing, professor's professional skill, heuristic student' interest and unlimited choosing courses for the disoblige students.
