國小教師工作壓力與休閒運動參與行為之相關研究

A Study for Relationship between Primary School Teachers' Pressures at Work and Participating Behavior of Leisure Sports

摘要


目前國民小學教師普遍缺少休閒運動的參與,致使教師工作壓力無法獲得有效地調適,但是面對教育環境的變遷與時代的潮流,休閒運動確實有推展的迫切性。本文將休閒運動相關文獻加以整合整理,就國民小學教師壓力之調適提出幾點建議,以供教師、學校與教育主管機關參考:一、對教育主管機關的建議:教育主管機關應經常辦理各項休閒運動課程或相關研習,以建立教師休閒運動觀念。此外,教育主管應編列經費預算,以協助學校設置休閒運動的設備與場館,供學校師生參與,提升休閒運動的人口。二、對學校的建議:學校可擬定休閒運動的規劃,灌輸教師參與休閒運動之觀念。此外,學校單位也需經常鼓勵教師參與休閒運動進修與研習,並善用學校的休閒運動設施,安排休閒運動,以適時調適教師工作壓力,增進身心健康。三、對教師的建議:教師應利用空閒時間,善用學校與社區的場館與資源,積極有效培養個人參與各種休閒運動的興趣與技巧,並與朋友、家人共同參與,達到調適壓力的目的。

Since teachers of primary school are few to participate in leisure sports, their pressures at work cannot be relieved effectively. Thus, leisure sports should be promoted as changes in educational environment. This study integrated as well as reviewed previous literatures about leisure sports and working pressures. In addition, this study proposed the following three suggestions of how to adjust primary school teachers' pressures to provide references for teachers, school, and educational administrative authorities. First, for educational administrative authorities, educational administrative authorities should frequently provide a variety of leisure sports courses and seminars to enhance teachers' concepts of leisure sports. In addition, educational administrative authorities should provide budgets to establish facilities and buildings of leisure sports, which is available to increase behavior of participation for teachers and students, and promotes populations of leisure sports. Second, for schools, the principle of schools should have a good training syllabus of leisure sports to increase concepts of leisure sports. In addition, the principle of schools should frequently encourage teachers to participate in training and seminars of leisure sports. Furthermore, the principle of schools should arrange leisure sports in order to help teachers to reduce their pressure at work and enhance their health. Third, for teachers, teachers should have leisure time to develop individual's interest and skills of participation using a variety of leisure sports with their friends and family to reduce their pressure at work.
