教保服務人員之休閒參與和健康狀況的關係探討

本研究主要目的在探討南部地區－屏東、高雄、台南之「教保服務人員之休閒參與和健康狀況的情況，並進一步探討休閒參與和健康狀況的關係」。藉以比較不同背景變項之教保服務人員的休閒參與和健康狀況之相關及差異性。本研究以文獻探究作為理論的基礎及研究工具發展的依據，主要採用「問卷調查」方式，以編製「教保服務人員之休閒參與和健康狀況調查問卷」為研究工具。預試與正式共計發出314份問卷；其中正式實施調查，共計發放210份正式問卷，回收195份，經剔除無效問卷10份後，實得有效問卷185份，有效率95%。本研究應用電腦IBM SPSS20之統計分析軟體進行資料分析及相關比較結果。主要的統計方法為描述性統計分析、獨立樣本檢定、單因子變異數分析(One Way AVONA) 、皮爾森(Pearson)積差相關等統計方法進行分析考驗各種假設。　　本研究根據研究後結果進行討論，並作為相關教育單位、學齡前教育機關、現場教保服務人員與未來研究上之參考。研究結果顯示如下: 一、教保服務人員整體休閒參與偏中等程度；整體健康狀況偏中等程度。二、不同背景變項的教保服務人員在休閒參與方面，有3個背景變項有顯著差異：婚姻狀況、園所屬性、服務職別。而在不同年齡、教學年資、專業背景、薪資待遇上未有顯著差異。而在健康狀況方面上年齡、婚姻狀況、教學年資、專業背景、園所屬性、服務職別、薪資待遇皆未有顯著差異。三、教保服務人員在休閒參與和健康狀況彼此間狀況呈無顯著相關。關鍵字：教保服務人員、休閒參與、健康狀況。

The Contents of Abstract in this Thesis： The main objective of this study was to explore the leisure participation and health status of preschool educators in the southern regions, including Pingtung, Kaohsiung and Tainan, to further discuss their relationship, in order to compare the relevance and difference of preschool educators with consideration of different background variables. This research used literature analysis as the theoretical basis and development of research tool. Survey by "Questionnaire for Investigating Leisure Participation and Health Status of Preschool Educator" was adopted as the research tool. A total of 314 questionnaires were issued in the pre-trial and official test, in which 210 formal questionnaires were issued and 195 copies were collected in the actual survey. After 10 invalid questionnaires were eliminated, 185 valid questionnaires were obtained, with an effective rate of 95%. In this study, the IBM software of statistical software SPSS20 was used for data analysis and result comparison. The primary statistical methods included descriptive statistical analysis, independent sample analysis,One-way AVONA, and Pearson product-moment correlation to test various hypotheses. This study based the discussion on the results, which served as a reference for relevant educational institutions, pre-primary schools, on-the-scene (on-site) preschool educators and future research. The results of the study were as follows: A. In overall, the preschool educators showed moderate level of leisure participation and their health status was fair. B. The preschool educators, in term of leisure participation, did show significant differences in three background aspects: marital status, school attributes and occupational rank. However, there was no statistical significance in age, years of teaching, professional background and salary package. On the other hand, in term of health status, age, marital status, years of teaching, professional background, school attributes, occupational rank and salary package all showed no significant difference in statistical analysis.
